In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "segi77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to segi77.co and the legal entity operating the segi77 online gaming platform under PAGCOR licensing.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the segi77 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the segi77 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's segi77 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash value awarded to a Player under a segi77 promotional offer.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority regulating the segi77 platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

By accessing or using the segi77 platform in any capacity — including browsing game pages, registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with segi77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the segi77 platform and any associated services. Your continued use of segi77 constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

Use of the segi77 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law. This age restriction is strictly enforced. segi77 conducts age verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• You are a resident of or physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of segi77 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You are not registering or playing on behalf of another person, corporation, or any form of business entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from segi77 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• Your participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify this.

segi77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and potential forfeiture of any outstanding Balance.

Each natural person may hold only one registered Account on the segi77 platform. Multiple Account registration by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All Accounts found to be duplicates are subject to immediate suspension without notice, and all Balances and Bonus Funds held therein will be forfeited.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued identification, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information in the event of any change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your segi77 Account credentials. segi77 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify segi77 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.

segi77 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before permitting withdrawals. KYC documentation may include a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (UMID, PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal access withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All deposits and withdrawals on the segi77 platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to a Player's Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. segi77 does not impose fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which segi77 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. segi77 reserves the right to process withdrawal requests within up to five (5) business days, though standard processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically completes within minutes of approval. Withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 may be subject to additional verification requirements.

segi77 reserves the right to void any transaction that is found to be the result of a technical error, system malfunction, or fraudulent activity. In such circumstances, affected Balances will be adjusted to accurately reflect the correct position prior to the erroneous transaction.

segi77 offers promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time. The specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and validity periods — are stated in the individual promotion terms published at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all segi77 promotions unless specifically stated otherwise include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered in full prior to any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The standard wagering requirement is thirty times (30x) the combined bonus and deposit amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bets placed on games that are excluded from wagering contribution (typically table games and live casino games unless specifically included) do not count toward wagering requirements.
• segi77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonuses have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for real currency unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

All games available on the segi77 platform — including slots, live dealer games, Bingo, and table games — are operated by licensed third-party game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNG) are independently certified for fairness and randomness. The applicable game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface.

Live dealer game results are determined by physical outcomes (card draws, wheel spins, dice rolls) conducted in real time under camera observation. segi77 does not and cannot influence the outcome of any live dealer game once the round has been initiated.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the integrity of a game round, segi77 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Account Balance. The decision of segi77 in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the segi77 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, Balance forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to circumvent security systems.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds deposited on the segi77 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to gain an unintended financial advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or segi77 staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the segi77 platform for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial entertainment gaming.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security or access control feature of the segi77 platform.

segi77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's mandatory responsible gaming framework. The segi77 platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion through the segi77 Responsible Gaming section. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying total time spent in session and net wagering position.

segi77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; prolonged Account inactivity; regulatory direction from PAGCOR; or any other circumstance that segi77 determines in its reasonable discretion warrants Account closure.

Upon Account termination for breach, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be immediately forfeited. Real-money Balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to segi77 will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

Players may also voluntarily close their segi77 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified real-money Balance will be returned by the close of the following business day after processing.

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, segi77's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

segi77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or related to use of the segi77 platform, even if segi77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

segi77 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever practicable.

All content on the segi77 platform — including but not limited to the segi77 brand name, logo, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of segi77 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any segi77 intellectual property without prior written consent from segi77. Unauthorised use of segi77 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property legislation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and segi77, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through segi77's customer support channels. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as the relevant regulatory authority. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the foregoing processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
